About Us
Gary Galloway was a police officer for the city of Simi Valley for 27 years, 21 of those years he spent as a detective investigating child abuse and sexual assaults. In November of 2007 we lost Gary to lung cancer. Knowing the compassion he brought to his work with the victims of those crimes and experiencing what he went through during his fight with cancer, Gary’s wife, Vicky (Victoria Bolt) felt compelled to organize this event, benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties, in his memory.
Because of the gracious support of the Simi Valley Police Department, the Simi Valley Police Officers Association, the Ventura County Fire Department, the Ventura County Firefighters Association, the SV Gridiron Club of Simi Valley High School, the Simi Valley Elks…our generous Sponsors and wonderful volunteers, we are able to make this event happen.
